Physics of dense interiors applied to planets and stars

Welcome / Bienvenid@

Hello/Hola! I'm an astrophysicist and planetary scientist currently working in the Theoretical Astrophysics group (TAPIR) at Caltech as a Postdoctoral Fellow. My research combines numerical simulations and analytical theory to study how the interior physics of stars and planets shapes what we observe. In practice, this means I am interested in almost anything round! Recently, I have focused on how convection mixes the core of gas giant planets, mixing processes in polluted white dwarfs, crystallization-driven dynamos in white dwarfs, and superfluidity in neutron stars. You can have a look at my CV here.
